Verena Bößmann

Verena Bößmann is the Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Dunstan Music and Dunstan Media House (Stuttgart, Germany) & board member of VUT. Verena originally studied medicine before she listened to her gut instinct and turned to the music industry, studying media and music management. In 2011, she founded a small label called Dunstan Music together with Nicolaj Gruzdov. Today, Dunstan Music encompasses various fields of activity: from record label to artist management and music publishing to a digital marketing agency for music & entertainment (Dunstan Media House). Their daily business includes planning and implementing international cross-media campaigns, music publishing and publishing administration as well as artist management. Working with young talent in the industry is also close to her heart. As a mentor in various programs and a lecturer at several media and music colleges, she shares her experience with the next generation. Since 2021, she has also been a board member of the VUT (Verband unabhängiger Musikunternehmen e.V.) - the independent trade association for music entrepreneurs in Germany.
