Ava Vegas grew up half in Germany and half in Ibiza, surrounded by Balearic party and hippie culture. After graduating from high school, she went to Berlin and studied architecture. Her work as an architect still influences her work as a songwriter and producer of her own music: she builds worlds of sounds and feelings for which she also finds her own images at her concerts. She shows herself vulnerable and ethereal, which is contrasted by her deep voice. In such moments she looks as if she is not of this world, graceful and expressive. For her listeners, her viewers, this creates a unique effect: they enter the world of Ava Vegas.
