Previously she worked at Beatport and at various indie labels (!K7, BPitch Control, Kitty Yo). Nicky is the parenthood ambassador for the Berlin chapter of shesaid.so and was selected as a mentor for the shesaid.so x YouTube, VUT and Musicboard mentoring schemes. She was included in shesaid.so's 2021 alternative power 100 list and serves on the board of Aslice's charitable foundation.
