Lea Karwoth studied cultural- and popular music studies at Leuphana University (Germany). In 2019, she started working as a project manager at the event agency “Inferno Events”. Inferno Events not only realises innovative cultural events, but also its own event formats such as the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg. Lea currently oversees the projects of the theatre association Hamburg and is part of the German team of the Keychange initiative, which encourages and promotes gender diversity in the music industry.
