Joel Timen has been working in music since his mid-teens. After starting a music venue in Southern Oregon, he spent close to 10 years touring the U.S., playing drums for various bands. He was able to co-write on and record drums on multiple albums in various. He went on to start a management company that partnered with artists, songwriters and producers to land sync placements, cuts and album releases.  Now based in Nashville at Curb|Word Entertainment, he focuses on a publishing roster that has had cuts and #1 singles in multiple genres, as well as sync placements across film, tv, video games and advertisements.
